Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our software applications, websites, and cloud synchronization services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Service.

2. Zero-Knowledge and Data Responsibility

Our cloud synchronization service utilizes an end-to-end Zero-Knowledge encryption model. Your data is encrypted locally on your devices before transmission. Because we do not store, possess, or have access to your decryption keys or master passwords:

• You are solely responsible for memorizing and safeguarding your sync password and BIP-39 recovery mnemonic.
• We cannot recover your data if you lose your credentials.
• You retain absolute ownership of all raw transcripts and audio data processed through the Service.

3. Subscription billing & Refunds

Cloud Sync Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal. Refunds are processed in accordance with local regulations and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use and Quotas

You agree not to abuse our synchronization servers. Cloud Sync Pro features a standard device limit of 3 concurrent active machine activations and a cloud storage quota of 5 GB. Attempting to bypass limits or upload malicious executable files to Cloudflare R2 storage will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BlurtWorks shall not be held liable for any data loss, metadata drift, hardware fingerprint mismatches, or system downtime arising from your use of the Service.
